As an officially appointed agent for a number of tournaments, we are bound by our our policies and agreements made with sporting bodies, we are only able to sell tickets as part of packages.

This means tickets will be packaged with a return travel arrangement, which includes:

• Accommodation for at least one night, or
• A return journey to and from the match venue, such as international or intercity travel by plane or private transfer (a minimum of 100 km return).

Standalone tickets are not available through us (unless agreed in writing). However, our packages are designed to provide a seamless, all-inclusive experience for cricket fans.

Absolutely! We cater to group bookings, including corporate groups, incentive groups and can offer tailored options to suit your needs. For large group bookings, please contact our sales team directly to discuss customised packages and seating arrangements. Please note, groups invoiced over 20 guests may require approval. 

In the event of a weather delay or schedule change, if adjustments are required, we will notify you promptly with any updates to the schedule. Your ticket and package will remain valid, and our team will assist with any necessary changes to your travel or accommodation plans.

For additional peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected schedule changes.

As tickets are part of travel packages, are 100% non refundable and non cancellable. As per the terms enforced by sporting bodies, the tickets included in the packages cannot be resold or listed for sale on any marketplaces. If you cannot attend, please reach out to us promptly to discuss your options. While packages are generally 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, we may, in certain cases, be able to refund the face value depending on availability and our position at the time.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from your home country to cover any costs related to travel packages, including unforeseen cancellations or changes. This can help protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.

Yes, we work with referral agents under specific conditions. Referral agents are welcome to introduce clients to us, and we handle the transaction and client relationship directly, ensuring a seamless booking experience. Referral agents are not authorized to market or sell ticket-inclusive travel packages directly. For each successful referral, we may offer a commission as a thank-you for the introduction.
